Thuesday Caravan

We looked at a lot of homes on Tuesday. From Venice to Mar Vista to West LA and even down by Culver City. Not much stood out unless the simple starter home at $625,000 with good space out back next to the garage for the kid and his Tonka's. I guess it was the star of the day.

Nice Starter Home. Still in MLS area 13. Called Mar Vista. Sort'a near to the 90 Fwy. Also near to Culver City. But not benefiting from Culver City schools or PD.

What do you see out on the horizon?

Using 30 mile radar we can see 7 % loans on the horizon. So if you are thinking about buying. Darn good time to see your loan broker and get yourself approved.

And then tell me what you want to get. Let's get it soon before the cost of the money goes up.

The unbearable heat is off the market. You can find a few good deals and there may be some negotiation room on the rest of properties out there. So what are you waiting on?
